Templates and Resources

During our work, we used different templates to plan and organize the Digitalized Learning Path for teachers and organizations.

They are available for reuse , according to the reuse policy of the European Commission, which is implemented by a Decision of 12 December 2011. You can reproduce it (copy and redistribute it in any medium or format) and reuse it (adapt, translate, remix, transform and build on it), for any purpose other than the initial purpose for which it was produced, including commercial and non-commercial ones.

However, you must acknowledge the original source and link to this website.

In order to have a quick and meaningful exchange on experiences with SELFIE and other tools, this chart suggests some common question to discuss. They can be filled out by different organizations to reflect the actions taken for assessment.

Powtoon https://www.powtoon.com/ A visual communication platform that gives you the freedom to create professional and fully customized videos. Includes various ready-to-use templates.
Video edition Replay 360 https://articulate.com/360/replay Allows record of the screen activity and webcam at the same time—or separately. Import audio and video clips. And add still images to get the perfect screencast. Flip between video clips or show two at once with picture-in-picture mix effects. Add text to the lower third of the screen to emphasize important information.
Trim video https://online-video-cutter.com/ This web application is practical when you need to cut a small video file. It does not need installation and works on your browser.
Adobe Spark https://spark.adobe.com/ Easy to use tool for creating short videos in minutes. Includes ready-to-use templates.
Video conference Microsoft Teams https://www.microsoft.com/pt-pt/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/group-chat-software Microsoft Teams is a unified communication and collaboration platform that combines chat, video conferencing, file storage and application integration in the workplace.

With ready-made templates, we can use Miro in: Meetings and Workshops; Ideation and Brainstorming ; Agile Workflows; Research and Design; Strategy and Planning; Mapping and Diagramming; Product Management; Mind Mapping.
Mural https://www.mural.co/ Mural is a digital workspace for visual collaboration that enables to think and collaborate visually to brainstorm and solve problems in a team. It allows to communicate visually using sticky notes, flowcharts and mapping, drawings, and others
Mindmup https://app.mindmup.com/map/new/ Free online mind mapping. Freemind mindmap import/export. Easy mindmapping software. Brainstorm, create presentations and document outlines with mind maps, and publish your ideas online and to social networks.
Padlet https://padlet.com/ Padlet is a digital tool that can help teachers and students in class and beyond by offering a single place for a notice board. That’s at its most basic.
This digital notice board is able to feature images, links, videos, and documents, all collated on a “wall” that can be made public or private. This means that not only can teachers post on the wall but so too can students.
Google Jamboard https://jamboard.google.com/ Google’s digital whiteboard that offers a rich collaborative experience for teams and classrooms
Flinga https://flinga.fi/ Collaborative platform with integrated, engaging, pedagogical activities.
Interactive tools Mentimeter https://www.mentimeter.com/ Enables the creation of pools in real time. Easy to use. Allows you to show results visually to the assistance
Sli.do https://www.sli.do/ Question and answer tool or polls for face-to-face or virtual meetings and events. Allows you to show results visually to the assistance
Socrative https://www.socrative.com/ Enables the creation of pools in real time. Easy to use. Allows to show results visually to the assistance.
Kahoot https://kahoot.com/ Impacting tool both in the sound and visually. Most suitable for young audiences or informal training contexts. It allows the creation of multiple choice or quick answer questionnaires with or without time to response. Students access via their own devices.
Prezi https://prezi.com/ A presentation tool, allows to present over video and keep the human connection when you’re presenting online. Create inspiring, engaging visuals in minutes, then appear alongside them as you present. Record to share later or go live with your favorite videoconferencing tools.
Quizlet https://quizlet.com/ A simple tool that has grown into seven different study modes, tools to help teachers get the most out of their students, and activities to help classes learn and have fun together. Platform for studies, simple learning tool, creation of flash cards, interactive slides with question and answer, basic online games.
